Teacher Feature showcases the incredible journeys and accomplishments of SoundLife mentors that you may or may not be familiar with, but should be!

At SoundLife Music Academy, we are thrilled to introduce Chloe Carbone, one of our dedicated and multi-talented instructors. Based in Sherman Oaks, California, Chloe brings a wealth of experience and passion for music that makes her an invaluable asset to our students and families. With a strong background in voice, piano, bass, guitar, music theory, and songwriting, Chloe is committed to fostering creativity and confidence in every student she works with.
Chloe’s educational foundation is rooted in her time at the renowned California Institute of the Arts, where she began her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. At CalArts, Chloe was not only a student but also an integral part of the campus community as a Concert Production Assistant. She handled stage management, sound mixing, and live streaming concert performances, while also assisting in special education and elementary music classes. Chloe’s experience as an educator began early, and her dedication to inspiring young learners has only grown stronger over the years.
In addition to her academic achievements, Chloe has valuable real-world experience as a Church Musician at Chatsworth West United Methodist Church. Each week, she prepares and performs music for worship services, playing guitar, piano, and singing. Chloe also collaborates with guest musicians, further refining her skills as both a performer and a team player. Her work within the church community highlights her ability to connect with people through music in meaningful and impactful ways.

Chloe is currently finishing her Bachelor's Degree in Popular Music at the prestigious University of Southern California's Thornton School Of Music, further expanding her expertise in the field of music. In addition to her studies, she has interned at Treacherous Records, where she gained firsthand experience in the recording studio, from testing equipment to assisting in studio sessions. This well-rounded exposure to both the creative and technical sides of the music industry enriches the lessons she provides to her students at SoundLife.
Whether it’s teaching an aspiring musician their first chords or helping a more experienced student refine their technique, Chloe’s passion for music and dedication to her students shine through in everything she does. At SoundLife Music Academy, we are proud to have Chloe as part of our team, where she continues to inspire the next generation of musicians with her talent, knowledge, and enthusiasm for music.
